David Sipes, Cider Maker at Angry Orchard
We talked this cider maker at Angry Orchard to hear about how these delicious ciders can be part of a gluten free lifestyle. David studied at University of California, Davis, and received a Bachelor of Science in Fermentation Science. When he graduated, he worked at a brewery in California and then began working on cider recipes 15 years ago when he joined The Boston Beer Company.

She is also the author, photographer, and head baker at Gluten-Free Girl and the Chef, her wildly popular food blog , which she creates with her chef husband, Daniel Ahern.
