We talked this cider maker at Angry Orchard to hear about how these delicious ciders can be part of a gluten free lifestyle. David studied at University of California, Davis, and received a Bachelor of Science in Fermentation Science. When he graduated, he worked at a brewery in California and then began working on cider recipes 15 years ago when he joined The Boston Beer Company.
