Euphoria Greenville: Food, Wine and Music Festival – Weird Science – Food & Wine Reactions

Champagne with Popcorn? Cheetos with Cabernet? That’s weird! Or is it? Leading wine educator Laurie Forster will share the keys to food and wine pairing, as well as enlightening participants about the different ways in which wine interacts with common food components like salt, acid and fats. Attendees at this interactive event will taste a series of unconventional pairings (think junk food) and come away with an understanding of how to create great pairings every time.
