Join Chef Doug Stewart and The Wine Coach, Laurie Forster, for a tasting of sparklers from around the world paired with some delicious small plates that you can easily recreate for your own holiday get togethers..
Sample sparkling wine from all over the globe and learn why bubbles are one of the hottest trends in wine right now. During the tasting, you’ll learn the subtle differences between various styles of sparkling wine and what foods pair well with each.
