Talk to The Wine Coach®
If a participant has dietary restrictions or any other special concerns, please let The Wine Coach® know before the event, preferably when registering. This way, The Wine Coach® can attempt to ensure that the participant’s experience is maximized by being able to plan for anything special in advance.
Prepare to taste
Several things can affect your ability to really taste great food and wine. Here are some tips to help avoid these mistakes: Try not to brush your teeth within one hour of an event. If possible, eliminate or limit any fragrance you wear to an event. Fragrances not only affect your ability to taste the wines, but also those sitting near you. Smoking can affect your tasting ability, so if you cannot quit, please realize you are missing out on part of the experience.
