Let’s celebrate the new year with a line-up of “new” wines that you may not have tried but will absolutely want to start drinking. Laurie will curate a tasting of interesting and unique wines from Hair o’The Dog that represent some of the hottest trends in wine for 2019. Learn The Wine Coach’s New Year’s Wine Resolutions for the coming year and how easy it will be for you to keep them!

February 17th 3-5 PM – Perfect Pairings: Food & Wine
Love food and wine? Yup us too! Everyone loves a killer food and wine pairing but sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. Laurie will share the keys to food and wine pairings along with her Weird Science rules that will help you understand how wine is affected by common food components like salt, acid and fats. Chef Andy will create small plates to illustrate each pairing lesson that perfectly pairs with a selection of wines you are sure to LOVE.

March 10th 3-5 PM – Spring Forward Wine Tasting
Lost an hour? No problem we gotcha covered with a tasting of wines that will transform your wine rack from winter to SPRING. Laurie Forster, The Wine Coach will share some great wines that are perfect to sip as we thaw out from the winter freeze. We’ll feature a variety of wines including Sparkling, White, Rose and Spring Reds.
