Purcari Alb de Purcari 2012, Moldova $31
Winemaker’s Notes: Aged dry white wine Alb de Purcari – is the perfect light wine; full aroma with hints of honey, sweet fruits, aftertaste is defined by a wonderful aroma of spices. Alb de Purcari will perfectly complement fish and seafood, white meat cooked on grill; may be served as an aperitif or together with dishes from snails, frogs, mussels and oysters, with black and red caviar; asparagus, cauliflower, artichokes, lettuce, pineapples and apples are greeted; It is recommended to serve Alb de Purcari chilled to a temperature of 8-12°C.
Purcari Negru de Purcari 2012, Moldova $39
Winemaker’s Notes: Vintage reserve red dry wine Negru de Purcari with its intense and rather complex nose alludes of sweet fruit reminiscent of ripe plums and figs. With time, the wine’s aroma evolves into whiffs and layers of mixed spice, liquor and saffron. This velvety dry red wine is well structured. Its tannins will surprise you by long ending with a refined bouquet of blueberry and vanilla flavoring. Negru de Purcari is a wine with a noble and magnificent taste, which fascinates and whose value will increase with each year.

Italian Sommelier and Wine Master, Marco Lori was born to work with wine. Literally. Having first harvested grapes at the tender age of six on his father’s small plot of land near the Castelli Romani, Marco has lived his life connected to the vine.
While Marco enjoyed drinking his family’s yearly vintage, he became curious at an early age and wanted to investigate better wines.
