Kerry Dunnington, author of Tasting the Seasons joins us to talk about how you can prepare seasonal dishes that are delicious, eco-friendly and easy to make! For nearly three decades, Kerry has built a thriving business as a caterer. In 2004, with a vivacious appetite for creating innovative and diverse food combinations for her clients, Kerry published This Book Cooks. The cookbook is a collection (appetizers to desserts) of Kerry’s most loved recipes. The book’s budding popularity and Kerry’s growing reputation as a sought after caterer won her repeated invitations to serve as a food columnist, culinary judge and entertainment consultant. Food styling and professional recipe testing for chef’s recipes featured in various magazines have also been part of Kerry’s culinary career.
