California Dreamin: New World Wine, Old World Style
In this tasting we will focus on two grapes that are known to thrive in cool climate wine regions—Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Laurie will team up with Vintner Rach
el Martin of Oceano Wines in San Luis Obispo County, California. We’ll taste her old-world style Chardonnay & Pinot Noir made in SLO and discuss how they compare to the same varietals in Burgundy, France. Laurie will choose 2 French wines to taste side by side with the Oceano Wines for comparison.
