DESCRIPTION:Where: Scossa Italian Restaurant 8 North Washington Street\, Easton\, Maryland 21601 \nWhen: Thursday\, August 12 from 6:30-9:30. \nWhat: Each attendee will receive an e-book copy of Laurie’s award-winning book\, The Sipping Point\, and a signed print copy of Amy’s newest book\, The Good Wine\, hot off the presses! We will begin our fun-filled evening with a glass of Prosecco and hors d’oeuvres while we mingle and talk about books (and whatever else they’d like to talk about). We will then be treated to an authentic Italian three-course meal\, complete with a glass of wine for each course. Before each course\, Amy will give a brief talk about her writing and about the book\, The Good Wine\, and Laurie will tell us all about the wine we are being served. After dinner\, we will enjoy a light dessert while mingling with the opportunity to purchase additional books for yourself or for friends. \nTickets include welcome drink and hors d’ouerves\, 3 course tasting menu\, tax\, tip and plenty of wine edu-tainment. \n \nSeats are limited so purchase your tickets in advance!
