Her edgy approach to demystifying wine caught the eye of major networks and led her to guest appearances on The Dr Oz Show\, FOX Morning News\, Martha Stewart Living Today\, ABC and many more. \nStand up Sommelier is an original comedy show & wine tasting event that includes audience participation. During the show\, Forster leaves no stone unturned when it comes to talking about wine and why we like it. Maybe you love the full body of a Cab Franc or the crisp acidity of a Viognier. Who knows? Who cares? But by the end of this show three things are certain. You are confident about what you like\, exhausted from laughing and completely toasted. Relax with your 5 wine tastings and enjoy because this is a “tasting” you will never forget. \nFAQs: \nHow long will the show last? \nDoors open at 7:30pm\, where you will be able to purchase any wine or dessert. The show will last from 8:30pm-9:30pm. From 9:30pm-10:00pm Laurie will be availble for photo opps and book signings. \nWhat type of food & drink will be offered? \nA personal cheese tray is included with each ticket. You will be able to pre-order any desserts \nAre you offering a full dinner menu? \nDinner will not be offered after 7:30pm or during the show. If you would like to order dinner from our full bistro menu\, we are taking dinner reservations from 5:00pm-7:00pm. Reservations are limited and based on a first come\, first serve basis. Please confirm your reservation by calling our reservations line: 540.446.2251. \nHow can I sit with a friend that is purchasing tickets seperately? \nDuring the ticket purchase process\, please be sure to list out the name of all guests that you would like to be seated with in the notes section. Please note\, this event is “family styled seating”\, meaning you may be seated at tables with other patrons. We can seat groups together with up to 10 guests! We highly recommend one person purchasing tickets for all guests in a party to ensure availability; we sold out very quickly last time.
