She’ll feature a selection of wine and cheese combos that will along the way teach you the secrets to creating great pairings every time.\n\nLaurie will be joined by a cheese expert Jesse Galdston from Firefly Farms in Accident\, MD. Firefly produces an entire line of goat and cow milk cheeses by hand – using apprenticed cheese makers\, not machines. Firefly Farms’ cheeses are produced using sustainably-produced\, locally‐sourced fresh goat’s and cow’s milk and time‐honored\, traditional methods of cheese making. They have received national and international recognition for taste and quality since our opening in 2002.\n\nOnce you register here for $20 per screen you will get links to the wine pairings and info on the Firefly Cheeses Jesse will feature. They can be purchased at either of the Firefly Farms locations in Accident and Baltimore\, MD.\n\nThen on February 16th all you need to do is sip some wine\, savor the cheese\, and look like a hero in your Valentine’s eyes!
