Join TV personality and award winning sommelier\, Laurie Forster\, for an off-beat hilarious wine dinner where wine meets punchline. Laurie will begin the night by sharing the art of “blind tasting” – tasting a wine without knowing its identity and the skills needed to identify each wine’s grape varietal.  During the tasting\, Laurie will also share the keys to creating perfect pairings along with a few interactive exercises that will illustrate each concept.
