Join them Friday\, January 18\, 2019 when Laurie and Michael host a 5-course wine dinner at Ave Restaurant in Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa where you’ll fall in love one bite at a time. The Forsters’ created He Cooks She Wines® in order to inspire more people to deepen their love of food and wine at the dinner table in a way that is fun and approachable. \nAs The Standup Sommelier\, Laurie blends her extensive knowledge of wine with her quick witted humor so expect lots laughs in between sips of wine. Chef Michael was classically trained at The Culinary Institute of America and worked at famed restaurants like Le Cirque\, in New York City before taking a position as a private Chef for a prominent DC family. Each course will feature 2 pairings that will be designed to change the way you think about pairing food and wine—you’ll learn\, laugh and leave with a warm fuzzy feeling. \nTickets include 5-course dinner\, wine pairings\, edu-tainment from the He Cooks\, She Wines team and lots of laughs!
