CAVU 2010 Malbec, $30, Walla Walla, Washington
Winemaker’s Notes: A 100 percent Malbec from Les Collines Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley. Aromatics of blueberry and Italian roast are a prelude to the earthy, spicy flavors that will entice the palate. This wine will pair perfectly with any grilled meats, especially lamb!

Robert Paschen, Producer of Capital Food Fight joined us talk about his documentary on PBS all about the food truck scene in DC. Robert Paschen is an independent writer and producer living and working in the Washington, D.C. area. Paschen has worked on programs and videos for NatGeo, Discovery Channel, PBS, and national nonprofits. His new documentary, Capital Food Fight, explores how D.C.’s street food battle was fought and won. In four short years, D.C. has become one of the hottest food truck cities in the country. But the conflicts surrounding these new mobile eateries raise questions about capitalism, politics, social media, and the future of business in America.
