Winemaker’s Notes: Pale golden yellow. Elegant nose, peach and apricots notes. Light, round, good structure, good persistence, yellow fruits aromas. PAIRING Smoked fish, game, white meats in sauce, roast pork or veal, artichokes, mushroom–‐based dishes. Serve at 48–‐43 degrees Fahrenheit.

Winemaker’s Notes: The flavors display nice strawberry and wild cherry fruit, with a touch of richness on the mid palate. It is balanced with dry, crisp acidity and complimented with a creamy texture and long finish. Grape Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir
