The 2nd class, will focus on proper serving & storage of wine. Learn the importance of the right glassware, how to store wine, at what temperature to serve, & why you might decant a wine. We ‘ll taste 6 varieties that might be hard to pronounce but are easy to love! You’ll also learn Laurie’s secrets to finding wine bargains where you shop and tips on outsmarting any restaurant wine list.

April 3: Weird Science – Food & Wine Reactions
In the 3rd class, Laurie Forster®, The Wine Coach, will help attendees discover how wine reacts with common food components like salt, acids and fats. We’ll interactively taste our way to understanding how to describe wines and, also, create great food and wine pairings every time! Six different styles of wine will be sampled with various foods.
